How do I change my delivery address?

We generally do not accept returns, as our machines are made to order and return shipping is not economically viable.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return a non-defective item (e.g., you changed your mind), it must be unused, in original packaging, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
