Where can I find my tracking number?
After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email titled “Your order is on the way” with your tracking number, carrier details (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta), and a link to track your shipment.

Tracking number with only numbers (e.g. 5900********93) → Nova Poshta
Tracking number with letters (e.g. LN0*****8UA) → Ukrposhta

How can I track my order?
We ship all orders using Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel here:
Simply enter your tracking number to see the status and delivery updates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free express shipping for the USA, with delivery taking approximately 3–5 business days after production. For other countries, we also provide free shipping options with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Canada / Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 3–4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 3–5 weeks
Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
How quickly do you process and ship orders?
We typically process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- USA (express): 3–5 business days
- Canada / Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 3–4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks (depends on your location)
Where are your products shipped from?
We ship all orders from Ukraine. International shipping is available, and we provide tracking once your item is on its way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At the moment, we don’t offer a local pickup option.
My order shows delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what we recommend:
1. Double-check your delivery address in the confirmation email.
2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, neighbors) in case it was left in a safe spot.
3. Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service—they may have more details on the drop-off.
4. If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us at melmancorp@gmail.com. We’ll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
