Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@doughrollermachine.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—they will not be accepted.
Once the item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged
- You received the used item
- There are any defects
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 7 business days.
Returns for Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Items
If the item is not damaged, not defective, and not used, but the customer simply no longer wants it or it did not meet their expectations, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid or pre-paid return labels in such cases.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used machines
- Custom-built machines
- Sale or discounted items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
