We're happy to offer direct shipping directly to customers from Ukraine.
We’re committed to ensuring your order is processed quickly and arrives safely. Below you’ll find all the important details about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
• “Processing time” refers to the time we need to prepare your order before dispatch—it does not include delivery time.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery time begins after the processing period is complete.
All orders are shipped directly from Ukraine to you.
Estimated shipping times (after processing):
• USA (Express): 10–15 business days
• Canada / Europe (Standard): 10–20 business days
• Australia (Standard): 15–20 business days
• Rest of the World (Standard): 2–5 weeks (depending on destination)
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and external logistics conditions.
Shipping Details
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Customs & Duties:
For USA shipments all import duties and taxes paid by us, so you will not have to pay anything extra during delivery.
For other countries
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may need to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, severe weather, or global logistics disruptions.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at sales@doughrollermachine.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at sales@doughrollermachine.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
