Hi, I’m Oleksandr, founder of a family-run factory in Ukraine that builds manual dough-sheeter machines.

The idea was born in my childhood kitchen, where I’d watch my mother spend half the day rolling dough for pastries. Determined to save those hours, I put my engineering training to work and designed a compact sheeter that turns tough rolling into one smooth crank.

After years of tests in bakeries, and countless plates of pasta, our sheeter emerged: stainless-steel strong, whisper-quiet, and calibrated for perfectly thin, even sheets every time. Today it’s trusted by chefs, cafés, and home cooks from Lviv to Los Angeles.
