How do I change my delivery address?

What is your return and refund policy?
We generally do not accept returns, as our machines are made to order and return shipping is not economically viable.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return a non-defective item (e.g., you changed your mind), it must be unused, in original packaging, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged? Will I get compensation?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order in perfect condition, and we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery. However, if your package arrives damaged:

By following these steps, you help us process compensation or a replacement quickly. If a damage claim is filed upon delivery and documented properly, we can arrange for compensation or send you a new product.
